The process varies by customer type: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. However, what is common across all three is that the first invoice is issued the moment we receive the signed contract.
Starter and Professional customers have 5-day credit terms from invoice issue.
Enterprise customers have 30-day credit terms from invoice issue.
Payment Methods:
Yes, customers can perform an upgrade of their plan at any time while the contract is active. However, it is not possible to switch to a lower plan or one with fewer features during the contract period.
Leal offers several connection options at no additional cost. However, if the integration requires custom development with the customer's POS system, a specific quote will be needed to evaluate the associated costs.
Yes, all of our plans include customer support across the board. Additionally, if you are looking for more personalized attention, you can opt for the additional Customer Success service. With this service, you will be assigned a Key Account Manager (KAM) who will assist with strategic planning. While we do not run execution on behalf of merchants, we offer close partnership through best practices and ongoing support.
